A playful and creative look for the Blue Dock building in Vannes

Beauty and a gentle way of life... This is the approach behind the design of the Blue Dock residence in Vannes.

The new Blue Dock residence in Vannes, opposite the Quai de la Rabine, is a privileged address in the heart of a relaxing environment, where residents' daily lives will be made easier by the proximity of shops and services. The flats, ranging from studio to 6-room, are designed to maximise sunlight, and all have a balcony, terrace, garden or loggia.

A threaded appearance

To ensure a healthy indoor environment for residents, the facades of the buildings were clad with DucoSun Ellips 300 brise-soleils. Mounted vertically on the facade and secured with Unifit forks and lug ends for high fixings, the brise-soleils ensure a healthy indoor climate for all residents.

Attractive colours for a playful, creative look

A variation of colour shades was chosen for the louvres, ranging from ochre and sandy yellow to light ivory, giving the building a certain playfulness and creativity. A highlight at the mouth of the river at Vannes, in the Gulf of Morbihan !
